I actually cried watching a fucking Jeffree Starr video today. Well, it wasn't actually one of HIS videos on HIS channel, but rather a clip from a video in which he talked about how he cut as a teenager. It popped up in my recommendations and I clicked on it out of morbid curiosity. Needless to say, I didn't expect it to hit me as hard as it did. I've never been a Jeffree Starr fan, but that video gave me a lot of respect for him. After all, he's one of the most popular creators on YouTube and he has a lot to lose. It's very brave for him to speak out about something so stigmatized.
